Please note that we only charge your Credit Card when your goods have been despatched from our store. We accept payments using Mastercard, Visa, Amex, Diners.

This is a secure shopping site. When purchasing from chileanwine.com.au your financial details are passed through our secure server using the latest 128-bit SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology and it is again encrypted using encryption algorithm which is at least 64-bit.
Any personal information we obtain will be managed confidentially and destroyed appropriately when no longer required.

Delivery & Handling
Our wines are sold in cases of 6 (except the Chilean Discovery mixed case of 12 bottles).
The majority of our orders are delivered by Australia Post. Delivery costs are shown below.
We will send you an e-mail confirmation of your order and we will notify you once your order is ready for dispatch. Note: Your credit card will not be debited until your order is ready to leave the warehouse.
Australia Post will deliver Monday to Friday during office hours. If the person accepting the delivery is out and there are no delivery instructions, Australia Post will leave a card in the post box to advise details for collection at the local Post Office. Please note that we cannot accept instructions to contact you as Australia Post couriers cannot call before delivery.
The majority of our orders should be delivered within 4 - 8 working days. (Other areas including Tasmania, Northern Territory and Western Australia may take up to 14 working days).
On placing the order you can give instructions to leave the wine in a safe place if you are not at home. Please note: we accept no liability for loss of any orders which are left under special instructions.

Product Availability
Given the nature of the products we are selling and the level of market demand, chileanwine.com.au cannot always guarantee that all products are in stock. In the unlikely event of us not being able to obtain a product you have ordered online we will inform you as soon as possible and offer you an alternative.
Returns Policy
chileanwine.com.au is happy to offer a money back guarantee if you are not happy with the product.
If some, or all of the bottles of wine in a case are broken, corked, oxidised when they are delivered, please notify us as soon as possible. You may choose either to return the bottle(s) or the whole case for a refund or a replacement.
Your refund will take place once the wine is received back into our warehouse.
Any wines collected by Australia Post should be in their original box to avoid damage.
