PiscoPisco is distilled from muscatel grapes and is a favourite drink amongst Chileans. Pisco is graded according to its alcohol content. The top end pisco's are 40% or 46% alcohol and are known as 'Reserva'. A pisco with an alcohol content of up to 35% is an 'Especial'. One with an alcohol content of 40% or more is known as a reserva.
